有个老外发来的邮件老是退信，其他的都正常，我发给他也正常。

我让对方telnet mx.xinnetdns.com 25 后的结果如下：
220 globalmailgateway2.xinnet.com ESMTP
421 Exceeded allowable connection time, disconnecting.
Connection to host lost.
从退信等报告看可能是对方邮件服务器的解析不对，请求对方检查被拒绝。我从其他的测试结果看，没有找到问题结症。请大家一起帮帮忙。其他的测试结果点上面的连接可以看到。
