我们安装的是merak mail 8.9.1版本在WIN2003服务器上面,最近系统出现大量这样的邮件退信情况,不知道如何解决,DNS解析等都没有错误,请协助解决,谢谢!

hops不是邮件的意思,应该理解成跃点,邮件每被经过一个路由或者服务器,跃点数将减少1,当跃点数小于一定值,甚至为0时,邮件将丢失,服务器返回上面的信息,请您将邮件头贴出来......

老大,邮件头如何发现啊,我不是很熟悉,反正就是收取大量的这样的信件,too many hops我要疯了,谢谢!

merak mail server-->status---->message queue  可以查看正在进行接收或发送的邮件队列
merak mail server--->status---->logs              可以查看SMTP等的发送日志,里面有很详细的发送日志,自己先看看吧

好难到达目的地阿100次跳跃都到不了

而且还有路标 真晕

呵呵,一般是到环路了,邮件服务器和网络设置不当可能会出现这种情况

julia@xx.com.cn发送到aol.com 的邮件记录,但是发送不成功,请各位帮助故看看

从记录上看,邮件发送没问题哦,

aol
静态ip,做好反解，做好spf
再发

spf如何安装,反向解析似乎很难,电信根本 不理会,谢谢!
