Greetings,
This message has been automatically generated in response to the
creation of a SORBS support request regarding:
"Need help with XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (support form)",
a summary of which appears below.
You have created a ticket in the general Dynamic User and Host List queue.
You can check the current status and history of your requests at:
http://support.sorbs.net/
When prompted, enter the following username and password:
Username: squallzl@XXX.XXX.cn
Password: XXXXXXX
This queue is now processed almost exclusively by a robot. The robot will
normally process your ticket within a few minutes, but due to the size of
some requests it can take upto 48 hours.
The robot will automatically reply to tickets created by the SORBS Support
form only. If you have submitted a request via the webform or directly via
email you will have to wait for a human to check the format of the ticket before passing it to the robot.
ALL DELISTING REQUESTS IN THIS QUEUE WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE ROBOT.
If your request is rejected the robot will tell you why, if you correct the
problem within a 48 hour period, or another request within 48 hours, the robot will used cached data to process your request and therefore it will reject your request again.
RIPE/ARIN/APNIC contact points, you should submit your request using the email
address in the record or the robot will consider you an enduser.
For Bulk Updates you should follow the instructions given by a SORBS staff
member via the ISP-Support queue.
For requesting additions to the listings please submit and message detailing what you want added to the database, and the reasons why, to 'duhl-nominations@support.sorbs.net'.
There is no need to reply to this message right now. Your ticket has been
assigned an ID of [sorbs.net #177611].
Please include the following string in the subject of all future correspondence regarding this issue:
[sorbs.net #177611]
There are currently 6 tickets awaiting processing before yours, please be patient.
If you submit to the wrong queue your request may be deleted without comment or
notification.
The duhl@support.sorbs.net queue is for Dynamic IP database removals and should be
used by the ARIN/RIPE points of contact or rDNS hostmasters for a netblock.
Endusers may submit change requests if suitable rDNS is in place.
NOTE to Endusers: "Suitable rDNS" means there should be a PTR record that
points to your MX record and visa versa. If it does not we cannot delist you! For futher information, including details on "Suitable rDNS" please see:
