1.Senior C++ Software Engineer
工作地点：杭州
Profile:
　　Like to be part of a history-making team, creating the innovative mobile value-added software for the people around the globe. We are the China R&D center of SEVEN Networks Inc, the global market leader in push email and mobile messaging software, headquartered in Redwood City California, USA. We are now looking for talented, highly motivated, experienced software development engineers to join us and help to enhance our current products and to develop next generation applications.
　　
　　Principal Responsibilities:
　　- Be part of, or lead a small agile team to join the international project task force to maintain and enhance existing products, as well as to develop next generation applications;
　　- Collaborate with Product Management to identify, prioritize and specify detailed product functional requirements;
　　- According to FS, to design and implement application codes in VC++ environment on Linux, WinMo or other platforms;
　　- Conduct unit and system integration tests, and cooperate with internal QA engineers closely for the defects investigation/resolution as well as the acceptance tests for Alpha, Beta and formal releases;
　　- Participate and execute the engineering processes, and help ensure the quality for the products and other team outputs;
　　
　　Required Qualifications:
　　- BSCS/MSCS, or related technical degree(s);
　　- 5+ years solid design and coding experiences in VC++, in which, 3 years practical experiences on Linux, Windows Mobile, and/or Symbian platforms;
　　- Familiar with TCP/IP protocols and socket programming, the expertise in multi-threading, and knowledge on GUI/XML/HTML, etc.;
　　- Well understanding and expertise on OOAD & OOP concepts and practices;
　　- Proven records on s/w development project experiences, at least gone through a full SDLC recently
　　- Good team player, excellent work ethics, commitment to job and quality;
　　- Excellent English communication capability able to work with colleagues around the world smoothly
　　- Strong leadership and soft skills, as well as project management abilities;
　　
　　Desired Qualifications:
　　- Work experiences in the mobile industry and mobile messaging application is definitely a plus.
　　- Highly motivated, willing to learn and able to catch up quickly, possess a strong passion for technology with the “Can-Do” work attitude;
　　- Be self-sufficient, and capable to operate effectively under tight deadlines w/o close supervisions;
　　- Excellent inter-personal/inter-group skills and excellent communications abilities with counterparts in the US and Europe;

2. Server Dev Software Engineer
　
   Location: Hangzhou
　Profile:
　　PrincipalResponsibilities:
　　- Develops cool features for millions ofusers (mostly in Java and C++);
　　- Scales and optimizes currentinfrastructure (SEVEN Push mail, Instant Messaging, Social Networking, and MultimediaProduct, etc.);
　　- Peer code reviews;
　　- Debugs interesting problems;
　　- Explores new technologies;
　　- Designs innovative systems to meet anever growing user base;
　　- Has fun (enjoys an open officeatmosphere);
　　
　　Required Qualifications:
　　- BS or MS in ComputerScience/EE/Communications or equivalent;
　　- Efficient communication skills inEnglish Writing/Reading/Speaking;

3. Senior Server QA Engineer
　　
　　Location:Hangzhou
　　
       Principal Responsibilities:
　　- Cooperate/communicate with counterparts in Helsinki R&D center and headquarters in USA;
　　- SW testing planning, execution and reporting for seven backend server;
　　- Bug finding, troubleshooting, reporting and following up;
　　- Set up and maintain test environment;
　　- Develop test automation;
　　- Daily support and Training junior testing engineers for senior engineers;
　　- Acting as lead in project for senior engineers;
　　
　　Required Qualifications:
　　- M.sc or B.sc in Computer Science/EE/Communications or equivalent;
　　- 3+ years testing experience in software R&D industry;
　　- Familiar with testing process and practice;
　　- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
　　- Self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking;
　　- Enjoy team work and open communication;
　　- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
　　- Good commanding of Oracle and Solaris or Linux;

4. Senior Client QA Engineer
　　
　　Location: Hangzhou
　　
　　PrincipalResponsibilities:
　　- Be to ensure the quality of SEVEN productsunder cooperation with counterparts in Helsinki R&D center and headquartersin USA;
　　- Develop test plans and test cases, conducttest cases, report and analyze any errors.
　　- Acting as lead in project for seniorengineers;
　　- Success demands ability to learn quickly,adapt and apply knowledge into practice while continuously improving yourperformance;
　　
　　RequiredQualifications:
　　- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in ComputerScience, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or an equivalentqualification;
　　- 4-6 years experience in functional tests ofsoftware or mobile engineering;
　　- Proven expertise in a field of softwaretesting and quality approval;
　　- Ability to work efficiently under highpressure with tight deadlines and demanding quality objectives;
　　- Flexible and innovative in problem solving;
　　- Good communication and teamwork skills;
　　- Fluent in English communication;
　　
　　DesiredQualifications:
　　- Familiar with Mobile Networking/Telecommunicationstechnologies;
　　- Familiar with Software engineering technologies;

      Desired Qualifications:
　  - Basic knowledge of Exchange, Lotus Note/Domino is a plus;
　  - Familiar with TCP/IP network or Mobile Networking is a plus;
　  - Basic project management skill and experience is a plus;
　 - Basic scripting and programming skills for test automation are a plus.

5. Senior Customer Service Engineer

　　Principal Responsibilities:
　　- Ensuring APAC and EMEA customersatisfaction with timely, courteous and high quality technical support;
　　- Documenting all customerinteractions and developing and maintaining information for the supportknowledge base;
　　- Providing remote assistance ininstallation and troubleshooting of Seven’s products;
　　- Working together with Seven’ssoftware engineers and delivery engineers to provide solutions to softwaredefects or escalated support requests;
