List Addresses<br>

Name<br>
Specify a name for the mailing list and then choose the domain to which the list will belong form the drop-down list box. Messages directed to this list will use the name and domain specified here (e.g. mylist@mydomain.com). List names cannot contain "!" or "|".<br>
給郵件列表指定一個名字，然后從下拉列表中選擇一個域。通過這個名稱和域(如：mylist@mydomain.com)發送信息。郵件列表名稱不能包含"!" 或 "|"<br>

明白你的意思了。那就把這個用戶加入到列表，但設定其帳號類型為Post only/no mail<br>
(僅郵寄/沒有郵件)<br>
這樣他可以使用這個列表，但不會收到這個列表的郵件。<br>
<br>
雖說麻煩了點，但能防止不相干的人發到這個列表。

加到一個列表中不等於就會收到郵件。如果能保證這些列表的名稱不被公司以外的人知道。可以不設成private，這樣知道列表的人(不分列表成員或非列表成員)都可以發送郵件。
