The requirement of US Enterprises, Europe Enterprises, Japan Enterprises, US Navy, US Army, FBI, NATO of Electronic communication system 
 
1. The completed solutions , installation need to be complete within 30mins * the 'completed' means : email server+ web mail + SSL + AV + AS + IM + GW + FTP 
 
2. The completed solutions can be recovered and "all services can be restarted" within 30mins 
* 1000, 5000, 20000 users environments all need to be recovered within 30mins 
 
3. The secured solution : All services need to support 128, 256, 512 bit Secure Socket layer (SSL) * 256, 512 bit encryption can't export to other country yet, so upto 128bit for commercial use. 
 
4. Can run on encrypted OS PC 
(the email data can NOT be read when copied to another servers unless have the encryption key) 
 
5. Can support 20,000 or up users on a single server (XEON 3G, 2G RAM, 160G HD)

7. Email Account must NOT blinded into OS users account

ETRN is a network service that provides additional fail-over for your email system. Because it functions off-site it can capture mail in case of network outages and because it is distributed through 5 data centers it can route your mail even in the case of a major provider going offline. The service queues the email destined for your domain on our servers until your Exchange server comes online, which makes it particularly useful for people who have part-time or unreliable Internet connections (DSL, Cable, single T1's) 
 
ATRN is also a network service that provides additional fail-over for your email system but is intended for hosts that do not have a static IP address (which ETRN requires). In ATRN/ODMR scenario, mail is delivered to the ATRN server where it is queued. The destination mail server then connects to the ATRN server and requests the queue by authenticating itself. The SMTP roles reverse and the client becomes a server in the same session - making it possible to implement through complex firewalls and without a static IP address.
