设置没有问题，出现这样的错误，怎么办呀？

设置有问题。
在垃圾箱邮件统计信的设置中
%URL%=http://*.*.*.*/webmail/trashmsg.asp
必须是正确的互联网访问网址

应该，设置：%URL%=http://mail.domain.com/trashmsg.asp

在地址栏http://mail.domain.com/trashmsg.asp 出现如下错误：

在web页面中删除试一下，看能否正常删除
如果不能，那么看相应文件夹权限设置(帮助文件中有)
如果可以，那么一定是垃圾箱邮件统计信的问题。

我的每次都是提示处理成功,但一看一封信都没动.

这个功能好象受限于邮件客户端,象outlook就对脚本安全做了限制,比较靠谱点的解决方法是把邮件导出成eml,然后扩展名改成html,再把邮件头那部份删掉就能用了
