波兰立法者首次引进大量保护消费者的措施以应对电信服务提供商。由于波兰是全球网络垃圾邮件来源的第三大国，排名仅次于美国和中国，所以人们希望新的法律尽快被议会通过。

No more jammed email boxes – at long last Poland will be launching a battle with spam.
A new law is being prepared to enable immediate and statutory response from the Electronic Communication Office, and spammers will be subject to heavy fines.
For the first time, Polish lawmakers will be introducing extensive measures to give consumers protection against the suppliers of telecommunications services. It is hoped that the new law will be rapidly adopted by Parliament, also because Poland ranks third on the list of countries from which most internet spam originates, preceded only by the USA and China.
