1.下载ZeXtras Suite，保存到/data/soft（路径可以自定义）
下载地址：http://www.zextras.com/download/zextras_suite-latest.tgz
2. 以root身份解压zextras_suite-latest.tgz
# cd /data/soft
# tar zxvf zextras_suite-latest.tgz
3. 安装ZeXtras Suite(注：zextras_suite-1.8.4是我解压后的文件夹名称)
# /data/soft/zextras_suite-1.8.4/install.sh all

ZeXtras Suite Core will now be installed. Proceed? [Y] y
Do you wish to stop the Zimbra Web Application (mailboxd)? [Y] y

The ZeXtras Suite Zimlet has been successfully installed.
4. 重启zimbra服务器
# reboot
5. 重启zimbra服务器后，登录后台管理客户端，会出现如下图所示的ZeXtras选项，在这里，你可以选择备份/管理/聊天功能
注：聊天功能需要在聊天选项中启用才可以，启用后，当客户端用户登录后，会在右下角出现聊天窗口，添加邮箱好友，待对方接收后，即可聊天
